Efficient EPDM synthetic rubber waterproofing membrane from Sika

  • seals construction gaps in building façades
  • thin and easy to use on site
  • offers long term performance
  • solvent free and durable
  • UV and ozone resistant
  • 100% waterproof

Used in conjunction with Sika’s SikaBond TF Plus N adhesive it offers an ultra-strong bond to create an airtight seal. Solvent free, durable, UV and ozone resistant and 100% waterproof, it can be bonded to most building substrates. Being highly elastic, it can be used on uneven substrates, making it suitable for the most demanding project.

Sika-Membran helps prevent the loss of heated or cooled air from within the building, minimising wasted energy. The system has also aided in the acoustic performance of the building by helping to minimise outside noise.

Regulates and controls the amount of moisture escaping from the inside of a building thus minimising the risk of interstitial condensation.

Stephen Nacson, Project Manager at Lindner Facades: “Sika-Membran is a product we’ve used consistently over the years – it always gets results. For a project the size of New Providence Wharf it was imperative we used a quality air sealant and water resistant product. Sika-Membran gave us another superb performance.”
