The Newton Waterproofing Index: a new specification method that sees Grades of waterproofing combined with essential advice, designed to revolutionise operations of the UK market.
Included is an an assessment of the type and quality of the structure, the type of waterproofing protection proposed, the competence of installation and the risk of a particular design.
This will make the plethora of waterproofing designs accessible for specifiers, plus creating a standard whereby all designs can be compared against.
A collection of specification sheets for the most common waterproofing designs, with each sheet an individual resource for a particular waterproofing design.
This advancement is significant for Newton, as it makes them stand out from fellow British waterproofing suppliers. For specifiers, it makes life easier, enables effective protection for buildings and makes specifications simpler with the innovative scoring system.
“The Newton Waterproofing Index has been a labour of love for over two years since its inception, from creating all of the detailed documentation from scratch, to working with an A-Rated UK insurer to develop the best guarantee in the industry,” explained Warren Muschialli, Managing Director at Newton Waterproofing Systems.
“We are immensely proud of the result and now we just can’t wait to get it operating with as many specifiers as possible and take waterproofing specification to the next level.”
