SnowDome installs high speed dryers for high traffic areas

  • 20 Oct 2015

Airdri’s high speed Quarto hand dryers have been introduced at the SnowDome in Tamworth.

The UK’s first real snow indoor venue opened its doors in 1994 and has since undergone extensive development to offer a range of activities from skiing and snowboarding to ice skating and swimming.

It’s most recent addition is 30 warm air, high speed hand dryers from Airdri, in place in the SnowDome’s 19 washrooms, including the swimming pool changing area.

The hand dryer’s cover options include a vitreous enamelled cast iron cover, ideal for environments where high demand can wear down bathroom accessories.

The SnowDome’s Operations Manager, James Smith, commented that he was impressed by Airdri’s warranty and reliable back-up parts. He said: “We chose Airdri to supply our dryers as they offer great value for money. We needed dryers that are hard wearing to cope with the many visitors we get and we’ve found that the dryers from Airdri meet that requirement.

They are low maintenance and long lasting – once they’re in we don’t have to worry about them. By the time they need replacing we know we’ve got our money’s worth.”

The dryers boast an extensive lifespan, up to six times longer than other fast dry models, and promise high energy savings.
