Easy-Form Solar Sealing Collar for panel hooks

Solar Sealing Collar developed for panel hooks

  • 20 Jul 2016

Klober has announced the launch of its Easy-Form Solar Sealing Collar, which has been designed for use with solar panel hooks.

Klober’s Easy-Form Solar Sealing Collar has been developed to provide the means of waterproofing penetrations in concrete and clay tiles, which may have been made for solar panel hooks.

Sealing for panel hooks

Whilst its facing is manufactured from aluminium, the product has a butyl adhesive backing, which ensures it can be moulded to any profile – and applied to a majority of dry surfaces – without the need for priming.

The tapered EPDM collar can be cut to suite the size of the panel hook with scissors. However, defined points have been designed and created to suit the most common of hook shapes and sizes.

The Easy-Form Solar Sealing Collar can be specified in red, brown, black or anthracite for an unobtrusive finish.
