Specialist Coatings range of paint product essentials launched

  • 14 Aug 2015

The range includes Leyland’s Direct to Metal Paint, which has been developed to finish bare, previously painted or weathered metal surfaces. This is supported by the Anti-Corrosive Metal Primer, which provides a robust barrier to protect against rust.

Specialist Coatings features three other specialist primers – MDF Primer, Stain Blocking Primer and Alkali Resisting Wall Primer – which have been designed provide solid protection for a variety of interior and exterior substrates.

Re-packaged to provide a hard wearing satin finish, the Heavy Duty Floor Paint is accompanied by the new Anti-Slip Floor Paint, ideal for internal concrete, steel and wooden floors in light to medium traffic areas.

Completing the range is the water-resistant system that features the Damp Block undercoat with Anti-Damp Paint, which offers a mid-sheen finish and resists blistering.

Television sponsorship

The products will be appearing across ITV4 after Leyland Trade recently agreed a sponsorship of Daytime programming on the channel.
