A show dedicated to integrated building technology, Smart Buildings 2016 has attracted an impressive list of exhibitors prior to its October launch.
Developed to provide an insight into the technologies which are evolving around us, Smart Buildings 2016 will take place this October, as part of UK Construction Week.
This year, the event will stage a dedicated Workplace Zone, enabling specialist companies to showcase their smart technology products for commercial applications. The Smart Buildings Hub will be central to the show: as well as hosting seminars, workshops, CPD sessions and debates, the Hub will be an exemplar building structure, exhibiting a variety of smart products and new technologies.
A number of specialist companies have already obtained exhibitor status at the event.
Framery, a Finnish acoustics specialist, will be exhibiting its soundproof booths, which have been designed to encourage productivity in offices. Visitors to the Smart Buildings show will experience the launch of its new Q Booth, which enables users to customise their booth to suit their acoustic requirements.
Similarly, Savant will be taking advantage of the opportunity to launch its new Savant Pro app and Savant Remote, which has been developed to improve home control and automation by creating a more interconnected environment.
Motion detectors and building systems technology will be on display at Theben’s stand, where experts will be able to provide information on motion detection and its ability to collect and explore valuable data of building occupants and behaviours.
As well as exhibiting and providing support at this year’s Smart Buildings, Voltimum will be promoting smart connected technologies that can be integrated into the Internet of Things.
Its educational programme will include live debates and information on smart solutions, whilst focusing on how the market can prepare itself for the adoption of the Internet of Things.
