Structural waterproofing specified for Wadham College roof renovation

  • 19 Nov 2013

The structural waterproofing system and accompanying garden landscaping is allowing Wadham College to have complete choice over the planting and layout scheme of their recreational areas.

Hot Melt waterproofing was used as an overlay to the existing concrete roof deck at the college, with 400m² being laid down before soft landscaping components were installed.

The renovation of the terrace is intended to help incorporate the historic and modern architecture of the college’s Grade II listed building.

The system is aimed at clients needing work on roofs or terraces, car parks, podiums and plazas, green roofs and substructures.
