Unico System

The Unico System has provided superior indoor comfort in homes and buildings around the world for over 30 years. This small-duct, high-velocity central heating and air conditioning system takes up less than one-third the space of a traditional HVAC system, making it ideal for historic preservation and renovations as well as applications where customers are challenged by space constraints. The modular air handlers and flexible duct tubing can be easily installed into lofts, ceilings, undercroft, and closets, saving space and minimizing the need for remodeling.

Providing draught-free, even temperatures, The Unico System is also one of the quietest on the market. The system also removes up to 30 percent more humidity due to the superior and efficient design of the cooling coils, creating a perfectly comfortable environment with lower utility costs. Heating and cooling is delivered into each room through small, unobtrusive round or slotted outlets that are available in various wood finishes to match the décor.

Unico recently introduced the high-efficiency iSeries line, which features a refrigerant-based outdoor inverter heat pump that can run both high wall split units and small duct air handling units at the same time. Because of its inverter technology, the iSeries has a significant COP of 4-to-1, offering significant savings on heating and cooling bills.
