SWISSPACER launches new solutions for glass at London Build

  • 6 Nov 2019

SWISSPACER will launch a new range of premium solutions for glass at London Build 2019, taking place from 27 – 28 November.

Its stand (C30) at the leading construction show, which is free to attend and takes place at London Olympia, will showcase an innovative glass canopy and balustrade system, alongside its market leading warm edge spacer bars.

La Pensilina is an exclusive cantilever glass canopy system, which is designed for outdoor use and can be installed above entrance doors or sliding and folding patio doors in residential developments.

The canopy is also ideal for light commercial applications to enhance entrances to small commercial or business units.

It boasts a stylish and minimalist design, and the lack of visible screws gives the canopy a ‘floating’ effect and a clean look.

The canopy is load-bearing and strong enough to hold a distributed load of up to 350 kg/m2 without breaking.

La Pensilina will be available from SWISSPACER later this year, alongside new fittings and systems for glass balustrades.

Visitors to the show will also be able to learn more about SWISSPACER’s range of high performance warm edge spacer bars, designed to reduce heat loss in sealed units to improve windows’ energy ratings.

John Cooper, SWISSPACER Commercial Director, commented: “We’re very excited to launch our new range of innovative solutions for glass at London Build this year, which includes our exclusive glass canopy and balustrade systems.

“We’ll also be showing our tried-and-tested range of high performance warm edge spacer bars, which help to improve the energy performance of sealed units. Come to stand C30 to find out more.
