SWISSPACER reports success at glasstec 2016

  • 10 Oct 2016

This year’s glasstec Trade Fair proved successful for SWISSPACER: the company recorded double the number of enquiries from visitors to its stand than in 2014.

Visitors to the show were attracted to SWISSPACER’s showcase of warm edge spacer bars and technology, which included Rottler & Rüdiger’s latest ‘Roweldo XL’ welder and the company’s own energy-calculating app, Caluwin.

Its latest innovation, SWISSPACER Triple, was also on display. Designed specifically for triple glazing, the spacer bar can be used in replacement of two single spacer bars; its centre groove ensures the middle pane of glass is held in place, allowing sealed unit manufacturers to use slimmer centre panes of 2-3mm thick.

The result is a lightweight sealed unit, which can be installed with minimal effort.

Success for SWISSPACER

The company’s stand was visited by a variety of sealed unit manufacturers, who expressed an interest in its SWISSPACER Triple.

Reporting double the number of enquiries than glasstec 2014, SWISSPACER has confirmed that the show was a remarkable success. The company generated a number of strong leads, which it is currently pursuing.

‘We’re now looking forward to our next big show, which will be FIT in May 2017,’ says Jan Hiersemenzel, SWISSPACER’s Head of Marketing.
