This year’s Fensterbau Frontale saw REHAU showcase its expertise and innovative spirit to customers, with the introduction of new and exciting window solutions, encapsulating the mantra of ‘The REHAU View’.
The ‘REHAU View’ saw smart technologies introduced to customers, featuring the brands reality and vision of networked, intelligent windows.
These technologies included The Smart Guard window alarm system, which features several levels of escalation to deter intruders, even prior to touching the window.
The Smart Air, which is an intelligent ventilation and air purification system, stimulates improved indoor climate.
Smart Shading provides customers with varied and exciting new solutions to control the level of light within their homes. This duly garnered plenty of attention from a variety of visitors.
REHAU’s Heritage Vertical Slider presented in pearl grey with the newly introduced timber weld technology also featured on the stand.
The REHAU Heritage Vertical Sliding Window system is designed to incorporate all the desirable traditional features of a timber sash window, but with the added benefits and conveniences of modern u-PVC.
Its traditional timber looking resulted in considerable interest with visitors, proving to be a highlight at the event, particularly from people not residing the UK.
In addition, brand new woodec, the new, exclusive to REHAU laminate finish which gives an authentic timber appearance, also featured on the stand, on a Synego lift and slide door.
Most excitingly, REHAU received the product label from VinylPlus for its success and commitment towards sustainable manufacturing.
All five European window plants, along with numerous REHAU system solutions, including the UK’s popular TOTAL70 system, have been certified along with its glass-fibre reinforced window profiles such as GENEO and Nordic-Design Plus.
Gareth Jones, Marketing & Technical Director – Window Solutions at REHAU UK Ltd, commented: “Fensterbau is a great opportunity for us to gain insight into the latest introductions in the market, fresh inspiration and understand the key issues that are driving the industry forward.
“The new REHAU products and systems displayed at Fensterbau demonstrate our commitment to responding to changing needs of customers and also showcase our ability to understanding what makes the global customer tick.
“This year the event had great reception from visitors not just from the UK but several other countries across the globe.
“We are humbly proud of the global appeal our brand has developed over the years and it was a very rewarding experience to interact with our colleagues from different parts of the world and work together in greeting visitors and customers at the stand.”
