Reynaers has invested in a new training facility to provide practical and theoretical training for its staff, installers and fabricators.
This summer, Reynaers opened its new training centre in Halesowen, which accommodates a classroom and a large workshop with an assembly table, punch tools and saws.
The new facility will allow Reynaers to provide practical and theoretical training, to ensure that its products are installed to a consistently high standard. It has been opened to help people in the trade to develop their skills, whilst providing further education on the company’s range of aluminium systems.
Reynaers’ training courses, which encompass six modules, have been designed for the benefit of both its new and current customers.
The modules include product awareness and familiarisation, ReynaPro software training, and fabrication training, as well as site and installation training. Content can also be tailored to the individual’s specific requirements on request.
Reynaers has experienced a growing demand for training courses since the introduction of several new products. Its ultra-slim frame sliding door Hi-Finity is one of these; with maximum sizes and automated options, it has received a positive response from the industry. Other products covered include curtain walling, aluminium windows as well as bi-fold doors.
As the company is celebrating 50 years in business this October, it has developed the training centre to thank its customers for their support. Reynaers values its partnerships with fabricators and installers, which have contributed to its steady growth over the years, and believes that they are worth investing in.
