Twyford will be showcasing its bathroom products at the sector’s largest virtual gathering, Housing 2020; from 7 – 11 September, the online housing festival will provide a dynamic platform for the 8,500 virtual delegates who are expected to log-on across the five days.
Twyford’s dedicated affordable housing team will be available in the interactive virtual exhibition hall discussing what makes Twyford market leaders in the sector.
The team will be on hand to provide advice on everything from affordable bathroom safety and product specifications to water saving innovations and contractor training.
Twyford is investing in its current product portfolio to strengthen its position in the commercial sector, with its Alcona brand set to be extended with the introduction of new basins and WCs, including a new wall-hung offer which will be available over the counter from key account and independent merchants nationwide.
Purdie Proudman, Channel Marketing Manager at Twyford, talked about the decision to support the virtual conference.
“Even though the industry can’t all come together under one roof, we are delighted to be supporting Housing 2020 in its virtual journey,” she said.
“This event provides a perfect opportunity for providers to meet manufacturers and suppliers, helping to build and harness relationships with brands that they can trust at such an important time for the sector.
“At Twyford, we understand that product durability and stock continuity are key for suppliers and we look forward to talking to delegates too about all aspects of production and planning, as well as our ability to deliver exceptional spare parts availability.
“This year’s event is a pivotal event for Twyford, especially at a time when housing providers are looking for long term savings and increased product quality.
“Also, with hygiene firmly in the spotlight it is important for manufacturers and housing providers to not only continue to harness relationships, but also work together to find hygienically optimised solutions and designs.”
For more than 160 years Twyford has led the way in bathroom innovation, creating products that continually move bathroom design forward.
Committed to lasting quality with 25 year guarantees on all ceramic products, Twyford is a successful and respected brand to trust. Since 2015, Twyford has been part of the Geberit Group, European leader in the field of sanitary products.
