UK Construction Week London announces exciting new features and debuting shows

  • 15 Jan 2025

The UK’s largest event for the built environment, UK Construction Week (UKCW), is set to once again unite the construction industry’s professionals, showcasing ground-breaking innovation at London’s ExCeL (7 – 9 May 2025).

The multi-award winning construction show will see a host of new features and show areas, including the debut of the co-located Stone Show & Hard Surfaces. Supported by show partner, Stone Federation Great Britain, it is three days of inspiration and innovation for the entire supply chain – engaging specifiers, designers, architects, stonemasons, wholesalers, fabricators, installers, stone maintenance services, and more.

Also making its first appearance at UKCW and sponsored by The LYCRA Company and Workwear Uniform Group is Workwear & PPE Live by PCIAW®, a dedicated trade show for construction clothing, footwear, and accessories, in an exclusive partnership with the Professional Clothing Industry Association Worldwide (PCIAW®).

Following the success of its debut at the 2024 Birmingham show, Onsite On Hire, a hire industry showcase designed to show the very best tools, compact plant and equipment exhibitors, will be making its return to London after 16 years.

HVAC+R

What’s more, UKCW London will also see the launch of HVAC+R – an event, in partnership with Datateam Business Media, dedicated to the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration industries. The London show will provide a fantastic platform for HVAC+R businesses to reach housebuilders, developers, contractors, housing associations, local authorities, and more.

Sam Patel, Divisional Director – Construction, comments: “UK Construction Week London 2025 is expanding once more to keep up with the demand of the ever-changing construction industry. We’re excited to welcome the new areas and its range of topics to the show that will help visitors look ahead into the industry’s promising future.”

Attracting over 18,000 visitors, UKCW London 2025 will also feature a new VIP pass, allowing visitors to elevate their experience for just £99 per day. The new pass allows VIP guests to skip the queues with fast-track entry, relax in style in the exclusive VIP Lounge with complimentary coffee, a range of alcoholic and soft drinks, and a dedicated WiFi network throughout the day. What’s more, free parking at the venue is included in the purchase of the ticket.

The London show is complemented by its sister event, UKCW Birmingham, which takes place at the NEC from 30 Sept – 2 Oct 2025.
