VELUX ambassador Charlie Luxton to appear at Homebuilding & Renovating Show

VELUX ambassador and TV personality Charlie Luxton will be at the Homebuilding & Renovating Show this month to discuss the benefits of extending, designing and building with daylight.

The Homebuilding & Renovating Show will take place at the NEC Birmingham between the 14th and 17th April. 

Charlie will be found at the VELUX stand G119 at certain times of the day to offer one-to-one consultations. He will also host two masterclasses to inspire homeowners embarking on their own building projects.

VELUX recently launched a new white-painted roof window in response to increasing demand for an alternative to traditional pine.

His appearance times are:

Friday, 15 April

  • VELUX Stand G119: 11:00-11:30
  • Masterclass Theatre Two: 12:00-12:20
  • VELUX Stand G119: 12:30-13:00, 14:00-14:30 and 15:30-16:00

Saturday, 16 April

  • VELUX Stand G119: 11:00-11:30
  • Masterclass Theatre Two: 2:15-3:00
  • VELUX Stand G119: 13:30-14:00

Charlie commented on his appearance at the show: “Embarking on a renovation or building project can sometimes be daunting, so it helps to get as much information and support as possible to ensure that everything goes to plan.

“Daylight has the power to transform any property, so thinking about it early on in the design process is key. I’m looking forward to attending the Homebuilding & Renovating show and hosting these masterclasses with VELUX to pass on some of my knowledge and experience.”

The VELUX teams daylight experts will also be on hand with a selection of interactive displays to give visitors the opportunity to experience VELUX’s wide range of products in various applications.
