Vinyl flooring installed in home builders’ office

  • 5 Mar 2015

Polyflor’s Expona Design vinyl flooring was specified for installation in CALA Homes’ new office reception area

The project’s contractors, Gifford Grant, specified Polyflor’s Expona Design vinyl tiles for the new reception area.

The tiles were supplied in Polyflor’s linear Dark Contour 7215 design to compliment the home builders’ brand image.

Expona Design has been developed with a 0.7mm wear layer, as well as a 3mm gauge, to make it suitable for commercial applications.

It is able to withstand the high levels of foot traffic found in areas like an office reception.

Meanwhile, the new office’s staff kitchen and dining area benefited from the installation of Polyflor’s Expona Commercial tiles.

The vinyl flooring for the kitchen was supplied in Polyflor’s stone effect Light Grey Matrix 5074 shade.

The vinyl tiles are reinforced with PUR polyurethane which is cross linked and UV cured to allow for easy maintenance and cleaning.

The staff kitchen area was fitted with Polyflor’s Expona Commercial vinyl flooring

Both Expona Design and Commercial ranges include a variety of traditional and modern wood and stone designs.

The vinyl flooring can be recycled via the Recofloor scheme, adding to its environmental credentials.
