Vortice has announced the appointment of two new Area Sales Trade Managers: Griff Jones (pictured right) will take on responsibility for the South West, while the South East will be looked after by Ian Thorpe (pictured left).

Boasting 12 years of sales experience, Griff has previously worked for Hellermann Tyton, an international manufacturer of cable management systems, and the National Self Build and Renovation Centre.

Over the past 26 years, Ian has held a number of sales roles in manufacturing, wholesale and distribution. He also has experience in technical specification, having worked for several British electrical equipment manufacturers in the past.

Vortice’s Southern Specification Manager, John Suff, has welcomed the new recruits into the company’s sales team. Commenting on the appointment, he said: “I look forward to working closely with them and driving projects forward in the future.”
