Washroom Washroom refurbishment creates fresh new look

  • 30 Mar 2017

Washroom Washroom has refurbished washrooms at office accommodation in Covent Garden.

The offices on the third and fourth floors of the building have recently been refurbished to provide bright, efficient grade A open plan office space.

Washroom Washroom worked closely with Virtus Contracts to install new washrooms featuring its Alto Kristalla glass toilet cubicles, on levels three and four.

The cubicles are a popular choice for specifiers, with the rebated edge design creating a flush facade for a sleek finish. Wood veneer-faced pilasters were used on the back-painted cubicle doors as a contrast to create a striking, high-specification finish.

Natural stone vanities and Washroom’s Concerto integrated duct panel system and modesty screens complement the Alto Kristalla cubicles. The duct paneling and modesty screens were faced in toughened, back-printed glass to match the cubicle doors.

Washroom also created a staff shower and changing area that features its exceptionally durable Forza solid grade laminate lockers and matching benching. Sanitaryware was also supplied and installed by the company, including pans, urinals, sinks and taps, in addition to all ancillary items and toilet roll holders as part of the project.

Back-painted glass adds even more flexibility to the design as does including contrasting pilasters, combining to create the striking design demanded for the building, according to Trevor Bowers, director at Washroom Washroom.
