Washroom Washroom secures three major new contracts

  • 27 Mar 2017

Washroom Washroom has recently secured three major new contracts for some of London’s newest office developments.

Work is set to begin this summer on the refurbishment of the Grade II listed New Bracken House, alongside McLaren Construction. Washroom is set to install new washrooms including ancillaries in both the North and South cores of the building, over eight floors.

Silestone stone vanity trough units will feature in the high specification design, complemented by Washroom’s Tego hinged mirror and storage units, full height Alto toilet cubicles and Concerto duct panelling system in toughened glass.

In addition, Washroom will be commencing work with Kier on a project on Cork Street in the West End, manufacturing and installing individual ‘super loos’ on all floors from the ground to fifth floor, over the next five months.

A white Silestone vanity unit, glass wall linings and 3D effect glass printed upstands feature in each self-contained cubicle. A new changing area with washrooms and showers will also be created by Washroom, plus changing cubicles and lockers in the basement for staff.

A contract has also been secured by Washroom’s specialist in-house joinery team, with SJE on the new residential apartments, currently being constructed to the back of Liverpool Street as part of the Principle Place Project in Shoreditch.

The works include the design, manufacture and installation of mirrored cabinet units with glass internal shelves, wardrobes and AV units for all the flats. Full height Alto Kristalla glass cubicles and glass wall linings will also be manufactured and installed to the building’s communal changing areas.
