The Welding World Awards have been developed to find and recognise examples of exemplary welding work from across the industry.

The Welding World Awards will be held on 13th April 2016

The ceremony will be held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropoke in April 2016.

The night will provide a showcase for those attending, as well as a business platform for all nominees.

The nominees will also have the chance to publicise on the Welding World Awards website prior to the event. Award winners will gain full on-going publicity following the ceremony.

Welding industry awards

As the first awards for the welding industry, the Welding World Awards will be open to anyone involved in the sector. They will be impartial, international and independent. The categories include:

  • Best new welding product
  • Best welding machine supplier
  • Best safety product supplier
  • Best e-commerce website
  • Best welding distributor
  • Best welding product supplier
  • Best welding industry training provider

Companies must be nominated online to enter; all entrants will be listed on the website, with their names subject to a public vote.

Ending on 31st October 2015, the vote allows companies to nominate themselves. Those with 20 votes or over will be invited to confirm their application.

Should the company reach the shortlist within the top ten, arrangements will be made for the Awards’ judging panel to visit the company.
