The project has seen the building of 34 new homes in a five-storey building, which reflect the area’s historic mills. A Wetherby Steel Frame System was specified for the façade and installed by WRF Facades.

The system comprises 150mm Stone Wool Insulation, with 25mm cavity rails onto a Steel Frame Sheathed in Cement Particle Board. The system was finished with Four Seasons Silicone Render.
