Following the acquisition, the company is now operating under the new name Wetherby Wall Systems Ltd, becoming part of ROCKWOOL’s Wall Systems organisation.
This strategic acquisition has strengthened Wetherby’s position in the UK market and aligns with ROCKWOOL’s commitment to sustainable and certified non-combustible insulation solutions. Wetherby has joined an international network of ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems) specialists, including HECK Wall Systems in Germany and FAST Wall Systems in Poland.
