Wetherby Building Systems: Pavilion Point, Brighton

  • 14 Jun 2023

Pavilion Point is a brand new building on London Road, in the heart of Brighton’s bustling city. The new building replaces a previous 1970s building to create a 232 flat student accommodation, with shared office space and retail to the ground floor. A mix of Wetherby Insulated Clay Brick Slip System and Wetherby Insulated Render Systems was the choice for the build of architect Corstophine & Wright, onto a infill steel frame.

The 14mm Brick Slip finish  – Canela 287 was specifically chosen to fit in with the local planning restrictions, while the render system in 0500n features in the internal courtyard areas to keep bright.

Wetherby recognised contractors Build-Therm Services Ltd installed the systems with a fantastic result.
