Wienerberger launch online tool for specifying special shaped bricks

  • 15 Apr 2016

Wienerberger has launched a new microsite to assist with the specification of special shaped bricks.

The new website features over 250 special bricks available in a range of colours and textures and provides all the specific technical details and images.

The site allows users to filter through all British Standard Specials by group and profile, and recommends other special shaped bricks that are commonly used with each individual option.

Wienerberger has published a new specials brochure alongside the site that provides information on all aspects of special shaped bricks including types & manufacturing techniques, fabricated specials, and tips, training and support.

The Essential Range

Wienerberger has also launched a new range of 52 purpose-made profiles, available in three colours, covering all of the most popular British Standard Specials.

The Essential Range is supported with a new specials pocket guide and poster designed to help customers specify the correct Special Shaped bricks for their project.

Richard Brown, Category Marketing Manager for Wall, commented: “Special shaped bricks play an important role in enhancing the look of a building and the new online offering ensures that selecting the right brick is an easy process.”
