Wienerberger launches new ‘Sustainability Hub’

Wienerberger launches its new ‘Sustainability Hub’, providing one central online space to access case studies, reports, and environmental product information from Wienerberger.

The hub outlines the progressive approaches being adopted by Wienerberger within the four core areas of products, production, employees and social responsibility, with the introduction of the Sustainability Roadmap 2020, Wienerberger’s sustainability strategy.

A range of information is available on topics such as community engagement, product innovation and supply chain management and energy efficiency. Therefore, demonstrating Wienerberger’s progress in improving people’s quality of life by providing outstanding materials for the built environment.

Sustainability Manager at Wienerberger, Stephanie Palmer explained that the new ‘Sustainability Hub’ helps to promote the importance of social and environmental value and is leading the way with exemplary policies and practices that aim to strengthen Wienerberger’s reputation through helping to influence wider policy and progress in sustainability.

The hub is aiming to re-frame the construction industry as a sector capable of having positive impact on communities, individuals and the environment.
