Windows, doors and kitchens manufacturer exhibiting at Homes 2014

  • 17 Nov 2014

The show revolves around asset management, maintenance, sustainability and offsite construction

The windows, doors and kitchens manufacturer’s customer base across the construction industry in London and the south east region includes contractors, developers, councils, public sector bodies and housing and trade associations.

This year’s show is dedicated to asset management, repairs and maintenance, retrofit, sustainability, offsite construction and affordable homes.

Based in Newham, Newco was founded shortly after the First World War to provide work opportunities for disabled people and ex-soldiers across the country, evolving from a workshop for the blind, weaving baskets and stuffing mattresses, to supplying and fitting high quality PVCu windows, doors and kitchen units.

Newco promotes the sourcing of sustainable products and services, encouraging its clients, sub-contractors and suppliers to adopt compatible environmental policies and management systems.

The company’s kitchen units are manufactured using recycled ‘Urban Forest’ wood to offer a sustainable alternative and ensure that factory waste is sorted on site for direct recycling through the Licensed Waste Transfer Stations, with 90% of surplus being recycled back into new materials.

The Homes 2014 show takes place on Wednesday 26th November at Olympia, London. Newco will be based at Stand H130.
