Workflow management software refined by Stroma

  • 6 Mar 2015

Stroma has refined its Tracker software to make workflow management throughout a business and its supply chain more straightforward

Tracker has been designed to manage data and work with both the office-based and field- based functions of a business.

The software, which was originally developed to help with ECO and Green Deal work, is now suitable for use across the rest of the energy industry.

The latest version has been streamlined so it can communicate more efficiently with Stroma’s additional software products.

These include its ECO assessment software, its Capture IT tool for Android phones and its RSAP+ software.

Tracker has been developed with the ability exchange and obtain data from all of Stroma’s existing tools and software products.

It can hold the data centrally for analysis as well as for management and security purposes.

Stroma’s softwares work together to provide users with a toolkit that has multiple functions and can be used off-site as well as on-site.

Tracker Online Portal

The tool has also been extended to include the ‘Tracker Online Portal’.

This new feature enables users to generate, monitor and submit their appointments through a web interface.

The Online Portal can also be used by assessors to request appointments, meaning they no longer have to wait for appointments to be made through a main back office system.

The new version also offers two bundles: the Private Rental Sector bundle has been designed for assessors who are working for landlords and estate agents whilst the Green Deal and ECO bundle targets operators within these Government sustainability schemes.
