A key part of the team’s service offering is helping customers identify the most energy and cost-efficient combination of construction materials to meet the new lower U-value targets of Part L of the building regulations. The team is ready to increase its support of housebuilders and developers since the transitional arrangements period of Part L 2021 ended in June 2023.
