Panel doors from Ahmarra provide bespoke design at Surrey mansion

  • 3 Nov 2014

The classic Blenheim two panel door design was chosen, with the FSC certified veneered oak doors being finished off in a specially developed wood stain to suit customer requirements and achieve a severe duty rating with FD30 fire resistance.

Set in four acres of landscaped gardens and woodland in the Surrey countryside, Woodrow consists of over four floors and features a dining room, large wine cellar, swimming pool, spa, sauna, games room and 14-seat cinema and six car garage.

Also incorporating a grand reception hall, master bedroom suite, additional bedroom suites, a 9,800 sq. ft. basement complex and two staff apartments, the mansion is currently on the market at a price of over £25 million.

Ahmarra Doors worked alongside Hencan to ensure that the design of the internal doors matched the requirements of the customer, as well as meeting the required fire and building regulations.

Ahmarra provided a full project management service throughout the duration of the project, carrying out initial site surveys and samples through to offering advice on final site installation

Ahmarra’s doors can be found in properties across the UK including private homes, luxury hotels and commercial buildings to offer quality design and materials.
