Ideal Stairlift’s Flow range offers users the ability to move between levels of their home with ease and comfort.
Flow’s bespoke options mean it can be designed to fit perfectly with the décor of the building. When not in use, the arms, seat and foot rest of Flow stairlifts can be folded away to maximise floor space.
The stairlift is available with either a manual or automatic power swivel option to assist users on and off the chair. When staircase width poses a challenge, its Advanced Ride Monitoring System turns the char and footrest to travel past the narrowest staircase sections.
This ensures that Flow is flexible on staircases as narrow as 61cm.
The Flow chair rides on a single rail system on either side of the staircase.
The rail has been specially designed to maximise free space by staying as close to the edge of the staircase as possible. In addition, it can be extended to park the lift around the corner of the staircase with the 180 degree parking curve.
Measuring at only 8cm in diameter, the rail is available in 4 colours: grey, white/grey, beige/brown and brown/grey.
Ideal Stairlift’s also offers a drop nose rail option is an added space saving feature. Should there be an obstruction such as a door at the foot of the stairs, Flow can be custom-crafted to fit virtually any staircase shape.
The drop nose requires just 17.5cm of space from the first step, whilst the new vertical ‘short start’ drop nose requires just 10cm of space at the bottom.
Flow features a choice of three, easy to use arm mounted joysticks, and an optional ergonomic rocker switch.
Its wall mounted call and send controls deliver the stairlift to users by remote control.
The chair also features additional wrap-around arms for security and comfort.
