Beal Homes has been constructing new homes in East Yorkshire for more than 48 years and for over a decade in Lincolnshire. Based in Hessle, East Yorkshire, the company completed over 160 homes in 2015 and is aiming to increase the figure to 250 in 2016.

Beal is currently in the process of completing the first phase of 36 homes at The Swale. The properties range from one bedroom starter homes to three bedroom detached houses.

From this month, the developer will be marketing the homes with the benefit of a Sky package, which includes 12 months of free Sky TV, broadband and phone calls.

Included in the additional package from Sky, homebuyers will also be able to access the wide selection of Sky bundles – from the latest films to the most popular box-sets and sporting events.

Commenting, Beal Homes sales and marketing director Sue Waudby said, “This new partnership with Sky at The Swale in Gainsborough provides an excellent opportunity to offer our homebuyers something extra.

Beal Homes recognises that a high quality digital connection is essential for modern living and is committed to providing all our purchasers with the latest technology and best Internet services.”

Tim Dray, Head of Indirect Sales & Partnership Products at Sky Homes adds, “We know that home buyers want access to quality TV and broadband from the moment they walk into their new home.

Beal Homes can now offer this to its customers, as part of its innovative approach to house building, and in particular, its emphasis on flexibility and convenience.”
