Geberit will be showcasing its AquaClean Mera shower toilet at this year’s Sleep 2016, the hotel design event taking place from 22-23rd November at the Business Design Centre in London.
Characterised by high-quality materials, smooth lines and a seamless finish, the AquaClean Mera has been designed by Christoph Behling. The shower toilet has the appearance of a standard WC on the outside, with a host of technological benefits neatly concealed within.
In addition to its washing and drying functions, the AquaClean Mera also boasts a proximity sensor to automatically raise the WC lid and warn the seat on the user’s approach. Other features include a rimless WC pan for improved hygiene, a discreet orientation light for use at night, built-in odour extraction and a programmable remote control.
Visitors to stand 25 at Sleep 2016 can also learn more about Geberit AquaClean Sela, which is available either floor standing or wall-hung, providing hotel guests with a high standard of cleanliness at the touch of a button.
AquaClean enhancement seats will also be on display, which can be added to an existing WC to wash the user clean with a gentle and airy water spray heated to body temperature.
