Alumasc Water Management Systems (AWMS) has won the ‘Best Product Launch’ award at the Construction Marketing Awards (CMAs) for Filcoten, presented at a black-tie Gala Dinner at the Radisson Blu in London.
Filcoten, the the first lightweight high performance sustainable concrete channel drainage system, was launched a year ago by AWMS through Gatic Civil Drainage.
This innovative drainage system is more durable, robust and environmentally friendly than polymer and fibre reinforced concretes.
Since being launched, Filcoten has been installed in projects such as Carlisle Lake District Airport and the Public Realm regeneration project in Hull.
The award-winnning MRA Marketing campaign helped raise awareness of Filcoten and its unique benefits to builders’ merchants, contractors and specifiers.
