Vortice creates ideal environment at Gosforth first school

  • 22 Nov 2017

Vortice heat recovery systems have been installed as part of the extension of Grange First School in Gosforth.

The Vort NRG 1500 ECR EH Diva heat recovery units will ensure good ventilation and air quality for the teachers and children.

The units ensure the correct amount of fresh air is delivered into the classroom dependent upon its requirement and occupancy levels with CO2 demand control. The system provides good energy efficiency as stale extracted air is passed over a heat exchanger so that warmth is recovered and goes into the incoming fresh air.

In addition, they are easily accessible for filter changes as the NRG units are all floor mounted – ideal for the classrooms with skylights.
