CMS staff help give Fife families a Christmas to remember

  • 18 Jan 2018

CMS Window Systems were part of an appeal by charity The Cottage Family Centre which enabled over 950 children and their families in disadvantaged areas of Fife to enjoy Christmas.

It was the generosity of people and businesses across Fife which enabled the 2017 Christmas Appeal to deliver crates of food and bags of new toys, children’s clothing and other gifts to families in Kirkcaldy and the surrounding areas.

CMS Window Systems played a key role, providing warehousing space at its Kirkcaldy site and vans from its fleet, and staff from the company volunteered beside many others, including former Prime Minister Gordon Brown and his wife, Sarah.

CMS has supported The Cottage Family Centre charity for many years and has been involved with previous Christmas appeals. Craig Reid, PVC Contracts Director at CMS Window Systems added: “The Cottage Family Centre does fantastic work to help those families facing the most difficult of circumstances, so we are delighted to be able to support them where we can.”
